
Straightening out Planet Curls
Planet Curls is a Houston staple for curly-headed folks. But the home of curlies grew beyond the on-the-job leadership that owner Gerri Curtis had been able to provide. The business was making money, but losing clients, hiring and losing team members regularly, and inefficiently tackling challenges. It left the existing team demoralized and the owner unsure further expansion of the brand would be possible. It all lay in their internal communications.
